Not enough trained people might be a problem in your area.  All Iknow is the 
local school is making a second attempt to put Windows 95 on 486's.  The 
network is running Windows 3.11, mac, and Novell.  I've never been exposed to 
network tinkering before I enrolled in that class, but it seems odd that tome 
tech would designate an entire drive to temp files.  The network is shut down 
at the end of each day, Why not write a batch file to erase all tmp files 
during POST.
