where do you get that "can only contain" from?? FTS-0005 states
differently... and FTS-5000 also states differently... and we won't even go
into the reasons why MAKENL has a specific verb allowing for additional
connect speeds to be allowed...

i just named three reasons why that's not totally true...

make adjustments based on the flags...

my POINT in this was to prove to you that the SPEED field ~is~ useful and
not there just for human convienience...
