"We made two qualifying runs this morning. The rest of the time we
worked on race setup. They told me to stay off the chicken stick (brake).
I almost did, but I had to touch it a couple of times in qualifying. I
wanted to hold it wide open, but something told me I couldn't do
it. I think the groove here will widen up. It looks wider than it
normally is already. We had some problems at Atlanta and Las Vegas, and
we should have caught them and we didn't. It got away from us, and
we got it back like it's supposed to be now."
