I said something only because your statement of "they voted it down"
did not seem accurate. Based on what Ward has said, it might be
accurate to say that not many folks paid any attention -- which
seems to be prevalent in many referendum, no matter how official or
informal they may be.
And so I shall retreat into the shadows again -- leaving this to
you, Ward and the IC to sort out (or leave alone).
