 Try option one. =/ Allow me to rephrase: According to several people
 that I got transferred to on my path to attempting to find the
 technical support department for OS/2, *telephone* support for Warp 3
 was dropped in September.  Either these people don't know what they
 are talking about, or this is official word from IBM.
 I hope this is misinformation, though.
