Yep.  Basically, all I want is to "discourage" them.  In Florida waters, 
there are those who steal boats to use in their drug "business".  A warning 
shot across their bow might be enough to make them seek an easier 
target...and there are many.  It's like having a dog in your home to 
discourage burglars...too many easier targets for them, so they'll probably 
move on.
