I do know what you mean. I went to school with a guy who lived in
Windsor... I'll leave you to fill in the rest. ;)
The question is, how could they proove you had an oil change? The things
they do look for are the obvious, new tires and wheels. Also, if you keep
high dollar items in great condition, you had better fill out a pre-entry
form with serial numbers so they don't think your trying to smuggle goods
into the country. =\

We are aparently the highest taxed Country (maybe just province) in the
world. Theres also bartering. ;)
