The closest term to it is the German word, kitsch. It
means something that is in poor taste, perhaps
deliberatly so, though it's more heart-rendering when
people produce chesse when they aim to produce a

There are times when some of Jarres theme's border on
sentimentalism or approaching the soundtrack of an
expensive French 1970's soft core porn movie. These are
cheese danger points. He navigates through ok and
survives, but he runs great risks some times.
