X Text editor.
X C++ compiler for OS/2 (see the pros and cons list).
X Fingers.

SemWare does TSE/Jr for OS/2 (see the SemWare newsletter for details).
My personal favourite text editor for OS/2 is BOXER for OS/2, the
try-before-you-buy release of which is on all good OS/2 files sites.
