Oh, HORSES**T, Ross!!  If you don't like the way Gary runs a conference, 
stick your cojones up on a flagpole (right up there with your self-important 
conceit), and start your own Maximus conference!
If the voice of the people is with you, this area will be dead within a year. 
 But if (as I suspect) most folks are perfectly happy with Gary's moderation 
(and completely disgusted with Hector's behavior), within a year you will be 
exposed as the buttocks-chasing, favor-currying lickspittle dog that you are.
If I don't like a conference (God knows, I've been repulsed before) I drop 
it.  Pure & simple.  If I find one of simliar topic, I pick it up. Again, 
simple.  If I really feel strongly about it, I start a conference (and yes, 
I've started a successful conference before).
It takes a truely sniveling, snake in the grass turncoat such as yourself to 
create bad feelings.  Get thee hence, and darken our hallowed halls no more, 
foul creature!
