I have just checked the copy of the message that was downloaded
after the upload and I see it doesn't show any address
information.

I'm not sure how to format the To: field for netmail or how to do
the first line method, as it's years since I tried either one.

I'll try some variations with copies of this message.

The problem is that I remember the correct format for the To:
field. IIRC the format for the "first line" style was the same as
the header To: field, whatever that might have been. There
isn't any reference in the Blue wave docs to netmail addressing
format.

So I'm trying
To: Mark Lewis 1:3634/12    in the message header
To: Mark Lewis{at}1:3634/12    in the message header
To: Mark Lewis (1:3634/12)  in the message header
To: 1:3634/12 in the message header and To: Mark Lewis in the first line

Many more variations are possible but I'll try these for the
start.
