I'm just pointing out one I know exists, but a freely distributable one has
been mentioned.

Basically the enquirer was after a program to generate patches to
executables so that a commercial program and a hacked commercial program
could be compared, and the patch released for public distribution (so only
people with the original exe can use it).

So, I sorta came in midway myself, sorry if you're more confused :-)
