if they seem to be the same shape as a regular 3.5s they're
"superfloppies".
they won;t fit a zip drive. I forget what the other name for the drive is.

AFAIK It's legal in Australia :) althoug it would have been better to have
made a copy before the tapes got damaged and restored from that.

Yes the securty tag canceller used to clear books so they can pass theough
the electronic sensor wothout sounding the alarm uses powerful magnetic
fields.

i skip the cork and just use tape.
