I will.  I'll normally tell them to just visit my board (but since they
can't, I tell them of other board I know that carry this echo).  I'd hope
they'd bring in new blood here.

Normally, I know them from the othernets or from IRC (which that can be a
very good recruitment tool, depending on where you hang out).  I just tell
'em about my network and they start asking questions.
