I finally got some answers regarding Taligent tools for OS/2. Here is some
information that may be useful to others.

Subject: Taligent CommonPoint for OS/2

Detail OS2 prices are on Hone it comes in two parts a toolkit which
includes cpConstructor price about 3800 and a runtime part for 200
something. The spec sheet has been updated to include both AIX and OS2.
There will be NO cpProfessional product for OS2. A technology demo copy of
cpProfessional will be available for AIX ONLY. IT WILL NOT BECOME A
PRODUCT. The capability of incremental compile will be added to VisualAge
over time. VisualAge CSET++ is IBM's cross platform tools strategy and
where Taligent Frameworks will show up over time. The plan of what and when
is not set yet.
