Not off hand, although I had it stir fried once to a delicious flavor.
Usually (all right, always) I've had it at a restaurant or festival.
Hmmm, I've got a really fascinating french cookbook at home, it might
have a recipe in it.  Tasty animal though!  Had it for the first time
down in south america.
