My latest cocktail experiment:

Riffs on the Nutty Irishman

1 oz whisky, any kind
1/2 oz any one of Creme de Cacao, Baileys Irish Cream or Tia Maria
1/2 oz either Frangelico or Sambuca

Serve mixed and neat, pour over the rocks and stir or shake with ice
and strain into a cocktail coupe.

Every combination is wonderful.
