1237b233182b tech Hello Jean - CA>> Don't know yet, no phillips screwdriver. :-\ JP> Well, well ! I got my Phillip S/D out last evening and JP> operated on the CD audio in the living room. We wanted to JP> listen to sacred Easter music and it would not cooperate. JP> It would skip and miss on the tracks. A Q-tip run over the JP> lazer lens curred it all, too much dust in there. There is JP> no fan in the machine but I guess that the cooling of it JP> after use, will draw some dust in there. Do you have any JP> suggestion of any liquid to clean that small lens ? Just to JP> do a better job of it . No, not really but an educated guess would be that any liquid leaves a film behind. Solvents such as non-residue contact cleaner might not leave a visible film but I would tend to stay with dry unless I could see that a film had already developed there on it's own. > > , , > o/ Charles.Angelich \o , > __o/ > / > USA, MI < \ __\__ ___ * ATP/16bit 2.31 * ...
