I have a problem with that, if you connect a machine to the internet BEFORE
it's patched, it can get compromised by worm before you get it patched from
windowsupdate. ESPECIALLY if it's got IIS on it.

My boxes get patched before the internet gets connected to them so
windowsupdate is not an option.
