Agreed. I could not resolve a particular domain and the techies had to
bump two servers to clean up the corrupt domain cache.

Is it worth changing your ISP? I have that feeling you might be better
served by a 'mom and pop'shop if one exists.

The systems may well be more complex these days but in fairness to our
techies, the only unexpected system shutdowns we've had have been due to
power failures. And that is someone else's system.
