I would worry about that because there is no guaranteed, precise
documentation about what is happening. We don't know whether a hotfix needs
a reboot before some other hotfix is installed.
You have probably groaned just as much as me about articles like the
following which purport to show how easy it is to Get Secure and Stay
Secure:
296861 How to Install Multiple Windows Updates or Hotfixes with Only One
Reboot (using qchain).
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=296861
I would at least run the QFEcheck that the above article mentions. It
purports to check whether the installed hotfixes really are installed.
The above article outlines a reason why you MUST reboot between hotfixes
(or must use qchain). I suppose that your list of patches has been
carefully arranged in chronological order so -- if there is any justice --
you ~should~ not be affected by the particular example they outline.
The situation is ghastly. Microsoft have done a "Year 2000" on
us. You might recall the continual stream of stuff explaining all the steps
we should take to prepare for Y2k (including a new CD in each month of
TechNet). If anyone had got hit with a Y2k bug, they could never have
successfully blamed Microsoft because there would have been some paragraph
in some article that the person had not implemented.
