     I was using a Mustek hand scanner with their OCR. I now
 have a Mustek 1200 III using TextBridge by Xerox.  It is
 good but goofs at time. Very good with magazine copy but
 rather poor with newsprint... I usually edit and spell
 check the scans... Local editor says they have no objection.
