Vladimir, I was willing to wait as you asked when back quite a long time
ago I ¨asked and finally got an answer on why Li had directed Anatoli to
list you.  ¨You will note that 2:50/0's listing went away quite a long time
ago (his was ¨the other).

I do not know what may be happening with the Zone7 inside your area but any
¨move to ask to allow if some of Z2 could move to Z6 was killed when the
¨referendum came back with only 15% even looking to move at all to
anything.

I did ask Ward if it was possible to at least look at allowing those who
wanted ¨to move, to do so in a scheduled way but no one can blame him for
disagreeing ¨with the idea when the vote came back negative from the region
on desiring a ¨change of any kind.

There no blame on any side that any of us needs to worry about.  Li agreed
to ¨this, I filtered it out eventually on what was up, and Ward was very
decent ¨about it all (excessively patient I might add for which I thank him
as he ¨could have quite rightfully gotten upset).

The issue is over.  I don't want you to be upset but you need to understand
*I* ¨would not have listed you in the first place.  Ward and I tend to
agree in odd ¨places that folks (ZCC and others) would not expect.  One of
them is to not ¨splinter Fidonet over non-technical issues.

Ward will be patient if you need more than this next week before i remove
the ¨AKA in Z6, due to session security issues.  I can wait one week after
that and ¨then if not ready, I'll ask Ward to be patient til I get the time
this summer ¨to do it as I shift Z6 to Z3.  Small window when I can easily
do things but at ¨need we have tested and shown I can send a segment when
at sea.
