It's possible that you will not find them.

I spent hours on end trying to find reference to a docment that I know was
created in 2003, submitted to a non-profit organization of which I am a
member and the existence of was first denied by my elected representative.

After several emails, some of them "quite strong", I enlisted the
aid of another member who is a member of the bar in the state that houses
the organization.  Between his efforts and mine, I received a copy of the
document.
The author had never published it, because the organization threatened him
with legal action.

I've published it on the web...someday it will show up in Google.
The point is that until I took very proactive steps, no one could have
found the document or known it existed via a Google search.
