When I was married I was *always* the cook. She had trouble boiling
water. And ruined my popcorn popping pan.
Dried beef is not nearly as salty as chipped beef. It's also available
at Kroger - but in a different aisle from the chipped beef.

Title: Everyone's Favorite Chipped Beef Dip
Categories: Five, Beef, Vegetables, Chilies, Cheese
Yield: 32 servings
16 oz Cream cheese; softened
10 oz Can Ro*tel Diced Tomatoes &
- Green Chilies
1 bn Green onions; chopped
2 oz Jar dried beef; chopped
Mix cream cheese with tomatoes.
Stir in onions.
Add dried beef and mix well.
Chill until serving time.
Serve with chips or crackers.
