Team boss Frank Williams is disappointed that Italy's high court has
annulled the verdict of the last hearing into the death of Ayrton Senna. In
1997 Williams, technical director Patrick Head and then-designer Adrian
Newey were acquitted of manslaughter after Senna's fatal crash at Imola
in 1994. 

The case was appealed in 1999 and the verdict was upheld, but last week the
court decided to annul the last verdict due to "material errors".
This makes
it possible to reopen the case although, according to Italian law, a written
explanation of the claimed errors must be published before a new hearing can
be set.
