Hello Andrew!

I'm afraid I've come to a dead-stop with my project to convert timEd.txt to
asciidoc format. The problem is in section 5.2 (The message reading screen)
where there are ASCII "pictures" of several messages and message
headers. I've twiddled 'n tweeked all manner of bits to try and get things
to look right but I'm now stuck! Any ideas would be much appreciated.
