I would dispute that, but there is no need, as the echo in question
was AUST_AVTECH, and it appears on Dave Hatch's system, and although
Dave Hatch isn't part of the *C hierarchy, apparently he is the
magical definition of a fidonet echo (go figure), so it doesn't
make any difference, we agree it's a Fido echo.  BFN.  Paul.
