Experimentally on a very small scale. There are two farms in Alaska,
none here yet. The meat I get is wild. Muskox have gone from being
abundant to threatened from overhunting to recovered enough for a
modest hunt with strict quotas. We're not exporting any beyond the
NWT and nunavut borders yet.

Title: Crockpot Sloppy Joes

Yield: 12 Servings
3 lb Ground beef
2 Onions; finely chopped
1 Green pepper; chopped
2 cn Tomato sauce (8 oz. ea)
1 c Water
2 pk Sloppy Joe seasoning mix
Salt
Brown ground beef in skillet. Pour into colander and rinse well. Put
into crockpot. Add onions, green pepper, tomato sauce and water. Stir
thoroughly. Salt to taste. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
If too liquid, remove cover for about an hour.
