I just saw a post by one of the Russian folks campaigning for Zone 7 that
they want to revoke the requirement for English as the official language
for their zone....I can understand that, but Policy 4 says that English is
the official language of FIdonet.

Wondering how the ZCC would handle creating a Fidonet Zone 7 that did not
recognize Policy 4?
