It is not a matter of discimination, it is a matter of logic.

You forget that a nodelisting is not for the glory of the sysop of the
listed system, but to provide contact information to all the others that
wish to contact that system.

Now, if a particular method is unusable to list systems with a dynaMic IP,
a method has to be devised to list those anyway and everyone else has to
use Software that supports that method or else theY cannot connect to all
the systems with dynamic IP's.

If such a method exists then that method may just as well be used to list
all the systems with static IP's too. That way the problems associated with
non telephone numbers in the telephone number field are avoided and
developers/programmers are freed from the burden of supporting YAMOLI. (Yet
