Hello Paul--
Quoting from the INF file manufactured from the HLP file in the
version of TASM that came with BCOS2 1.0 (the latest Borland product I
own):
Specifying the /oi switch on the command line will generate
overlay compatible fixups for the IBM linker. The resulting
object file will not be compatible with TLINK, Borland's linker.
