You have a very basic problem - FAT32. NT simply won't boot from a FAT32
partition. Once in operation, you simply lose access to that file system but
booting is a bit more important.
You might want to consider Partition Magic to 1) create a small (1MB) FAT16
boot partition and 2) change partitioning to allow a FAT16 or NTFS partition
for NT. Using the Boot Manage from PM will allow the Win95B system to still
see itself as C: and, hence, work without changing every reference of C: to
D:...
