I see you've visited Texas.... it is now legal to carry a concealed handgun 
on a sailboat (if you have a concealed weapon permit - requirement is that 
you are no more crazy than the average Texas citizen, you can shoot straight 
and you promise not to shoot anyone unless they need it).... so.. during a
close race, you could in theory "cross someone's T"
