Yep.  I see/am seeing it too (now that you tell me).  Scratch another Dodo
screwup up on the tallyroom wall.

I am the victim of a lousy ISP, whose front-line tech support rep once told
me that a 'static' IP means that we have one issued at random from within a
block of IPs.  In a way he/she/it was right as I discovered once that a new
IP had been issued a month-or-so previously, silently, even though we were
configured as a static client/customer.

There was next-to-nothin' to see there anyhow.  There is an upside to this:
at least I'm now safe from Google search queries finding me.  ;-)
