My Diamond Stealth 64 card was like this using the default Windows '95 
drivers; it didn't work to VESA standards. Then I installed the Diamond 
drivers for Windows '95 and the card runs like a champ (with DirectX, no 
less). I assume you're running DOS. Check your Diamond disk for DOS 
drivers.
