In your own words,  netmail to every sysop and announced in the sysop
echos, ¨yet you call it 'conjecture' that it was widely known?

Dont try the 'english is a second language' on this one.  You goofed when
you ¨tried to claim that the referedum wasnt widely known when he said it
was, or ¨you are insinuating he lied.  Vladimir and his group may not be
perfect, but i ¨see no lies.  Just desires and misunderstandings.
