I don't actually know what the name of the echo in question is,
but I didn't notice any "DELPHI" standing out.  I only glanced
at it though, maybe it's under TURBO or something.

Dave is the backbone, it's really other people's responsibilty
to get an echo onto the backbone for general distribution.
That's what everyone attempts to do.  Therefore if you send
netmail to Trev asking if it will be passed on to Dave Hatch,
he may be prompted to seeing that it gets there.  If he replies
that it is already getting there, then let me know and I will
put in another request to get an echo list.  If it still isn't
there (make sure you get the proper area name from Trev), then
I will send netmail to Dave asking him when/if he will make
the echo available.  BFN.  Paul.
