Which is one of the reasons NET_DEV exists - to fill the gaps. Many of the
same questions raise their heads quite frequently, however, so perhaps some
sort of FTS FAQ would be useful. No doubt such an "open"
document would go part-way to establishing better techincal standards
documents.
