Interesting I was here when you connected today, just a few
minutes ago, and it looked like you had a failed connect first.
I just rebooted my system (because squish 1.10 for DOS did some
awfully strange things).  The first time you probably rang out,
but the second time it answered straight away but no connect.
The third time was fine.  So can you confirm that this is the
first bad one?

Maybe I need to do something like get a list of times from Bill
where there was a bad connect, and see what happened just before
that.  The second-time-lucky seems quite bizaare.  BFN.  Paul.
