It is kinda spotty. I like the printers but the support is a bit lean. We
had a 500PS plotter that simply would not plot large files even though the
much older 750C+ with less RAM would handle it. I fought that monster for
weeks and finally turned it in for an 800 which did work fine.

I can get the things working but HP is of little to no help.
