DD> Get a "sink cut out"

When we had our kitchen remodeled in 2004 we kept the sink cut out
and made a cutting board out of it. Today it is badly scarred from
knife and cleaver marks but the counter it sits on still looks brand
new.

In Australia Woolworth's is an unrelated supermarket chain. Their
contemporary Asian inspired recipes are quite good.

In Australia a prawn cutlet is a large butterflied shrimp. (In
India its a fish patty or ball, made with cooked minced shrimp, mashed
potatoes and bread crumbs, pan fried or grilled as a kebab.) - JW
