Oversteer Limits Fernandez in Motegi Qualifying

Adrian Fernandez will be making his second IRL IndyCarR Series start from
the ninth row of the grid after being hampered by oversteer in his
qualifying run this afternoon. Fernandez, who posted a best lap of 27.1362
seconds (201.649 mph) in the Quaker State/Telmex/Tecate Panoz G
Force/Honda/Firestone, did well to right the car after a big moment in Turn
Three on his second qualifying lap due to the loose condition of the
#5 machine.
