You didn't contact anybody good, and your statement that IBM drops W3 and W4 
is false. Or you are telling lies, or you don't know what you are taking 
about.
IBM is still supporting OS2 2.2 Fixpack 99 was realised last month.
IBM is still supporting OS2 3, Fixpack 35 was realised last month.
In fact IBM will support OS2/2 W3 and W4 as long as his costumers are using 
these systems, even when they are Chinese, and indeed if they are Chinese.
Of course, IBM won't sell W4 anymore in september this year, because W5 will 
be on the shelves from July on. That's a far  way from dropping the system.
