You call WinSetTitle just as usual. As the HAB isn't used (yet), you can
pass 0 in that position. One concern you might want to address though, is
the usabilty of such a program for TSHELL users: add dummy DLLs to resolve
such references with dummy functions just returning success. OS/2 only
loads DLLs it hadn't loaded already, so your PMShell users won't notice.
(Their might be other ways to resolve such a problem, but when I was
looking for one, I bumped my nose on the undocumented SessionManager
stuff).
