Maybe but I doubt it. Many of them are now on the "net" and are vocal and 
semi-organised there. There is more anoninimity and they feel less threatened 
by exposure.

Yes. That is because so many people have disconnected from BBS's in general 
and gone to "the net" where spam rules supreme and charges are everyday. This 
compares to "those nasty BBS's who threatened to charge us" and other such 
rubbish.
I've noticed quite a few have returned though. The thinking ones first as 
usual as they realise we are actually pretty good (and cheap). 
And faaaaaast! in comparison.
