Ahhh - It is now clear - the person was selling plans and they made 
sure that something expensive ( machine shop casting ) was required
so most people wouldn't really be able to build the puppy...
If you *do* build it and it doesn't work, they will say that the 
machine shop didn't do a good enough job...
Anyway, best of luck - please do not get too involved with this 
because it simply will not work - it will eat your time, brain and 
money and at the end, it will not work.
