  Build is easy, at least compared to most other game level editors.  I'd 
recommend finding one of the unofficial Build FAQs out there (check the links 
at 3D Realms' Duke 3D page) and printing it out.  They tend to be more useful 
in explaining exactly what will give you what.
  Future Apogee titles... if you count 3D Realms, Shadow Warrior is due "any 
day now."  Prey is due in 1998.
  If not, then there's Balls of Steel, which is a pinball game (complete with 
a Duke Nukem table!).  Also another 2D Duke game, Duke Nukem Forever is 
supposed to come out in the coming months.
