AWL> But I'm not talking about changing mornings (or whatever)

PE> Technical concession for massive mail movers.

AWL> In N640 it says nothing about mail movers, massive or otherwise.

Pity that its not N640 specific.

AWL> It is simply for exceptional circumstances. (Whatever they may be.)

Which happens to be pretty well spelt out elsewhere. With specific
discussion of how massive mail movers may well have a valid reason
for that. But there aint a mention of its use to remove the need for
complying with ZMH, because it was never intended to be used to remove
the need to comply with the ZMH requirement.

There are a variety of ways of using Fido if you
choose not to comply with the ZMH requirement.

Or have some wanky story about not being always able to respond
to netmail immediately. There are a variety of ways Fido allows that
situation to be handled, and it doesnt include the use of a PVT flag.

PE> What were you going to contribute to fidonet
PE> that you can't contribute as a point?

AWL> My time.

They aint interested in your time unless you can meet the requirements
they have specified for full nodes. If you dont like that, stiff shit,
you have various alternatives like WankerNet with or without various
Fido options. And the law does not allow you to proclaim that they must
accept your time on your conditions.

AWL> Mail I move - small amounts,

Whoopy fucking do. There is heaps of that sort of thing outside Fido.

AWL> more if I were nodelisted

So you have to decide if you like the conditions for nodelisting.
if you dont, thats entirely your problem and your option to have some
other Wankernet with your own wanky rules there. As many many have done.

AWL> and thus not worried about fakenet IDs escaping etc

It doesnt actually happen to be a hanging offense. Bill managed it.

AWL> (for which I'm told I can be excommunicated)...

Nope, only if you keep doing it after being told of the problem.

AWL> My inimitable sense of bastardry in the Sysop echos :-)

They aint interested unless you choose to accept the conditions for
nodelisting. And by now they would rather you fucked off anyway.
