 JM> G'day Barrie
JM> seperate NetMail coming to you
First the good news: Last night I got a copy of TMW110 from
Arcade BBS in Adelaide which is now the agent in Oz for
       registering TM.

The bad news is that I misread the last digit as a 0 instead of
an 8 and gave some poor lady an earful of electronic squeals at
       2am!!

More good news is that TMW installed almost instantaneously and
looks really great...... the bad news is that BlueWave386
refuses to recognise C:\TMWIN\TMW.EXE as my comms programme
though it is happy enough to work to C:\TM\TM.EXE!!!!

I assume that I will overcome that OK, but pray tell me, I am
about to change to a regular Internet connection: does one HAVE
to use the Windows Comms programme which perversely refuses to
use Zmodem, or can I use TMW110? Who can I turn to for advice
on what other programmes I need to go with TMW - like off-line
readers etc - to handle internet traffic including WWW, ftp,
and IRC etc? I have to use off-line readers as my hands (and
several other bits of me) no longer work properly and the cost
of paying Telstra's rip off rates while I try to get my fingers
to work is quite exhorbitant whilst I have to pay STD rates.

There was no netmail from you last night . . . maybe I shall be
luckier today! If you get cheesed off with my queries, just
say so, but it is nice to find someone who does not necessarily
think that Bill Gates "sitteth at the right hand of God" and
       who so readily offered help.

Tweet tweet! Time to go back on my perch now!
           Barrie, the Pear Tree Twit.
